You know the shopper you want to reach.
The only thing left is booking the audience that puts you in front of them.
On Flow Platform’s Audience Marketplace, that only takes minutes. Browse hundreds of first-party audiences, book audience and media campaign packages from our retail and commerce media partners into the same plan and activate your audiences in your campaigns on channels like Meta, Google and TikTok.
Reach the audiences that really matter
A Flow audience is built on first-party data from South Africa’s leading retailers and platforms. These audiences, built on real purchases and real behaviour, not broad assumptions, are what separate a campaign that finds its buyer from one that hopes.
The results speak plainly: first-party data performs.

Step 1: Everything in one view
Browse hundreds of first-party audiences and the campaign packages you have access to through our retail and commerce media partners, side by side. Filter by tier, industry, persona or data provider to narrow to what your brief needs.
Get all the details you need upfront. On every audience, you see its size, the channels it runs on, and its tier. On a partner campaign package, you see what is included, what it costs, and where it runs.
The tier tells you the type of data behind an audience:
- Tier I: mostly verified first-party data with 1:1 PII matching and full omnichannel reach. Precision for lower-funnel work.
- Tier II: verified identity blended with web-traffic signals. Relevance and range across the mid-funnel.
- Tier III: behavioural signals at scale. Broad reach for awareness.
Match the audience to the brief, not the brief to the audience.

Step 2: Pick your audience, choose your channels
Open any audience and you get the full picture: the audience size, the channels it is ready to run on, and its stage of the funnel. You’ll also see the industries it applies to, the personas it reaches, the seasonal collections it belongs to, and the audience partner behind it.
Select the channels you want and add the audience to your cart.
You decide who you reach and where, with the size and calibre of the audience in front of you the whole time.
Step 3: Book it and go live
Book your audiences for the month and activate them across your chosen channels. They go live on Meta, Google and TikTok, the platforms you already run campaigns on. It’s that easy!
Want to speed up sign off? Build an audience plan
If a brief needs approval before you spend, the Audience Planner turns your selections into an approval-ready targeting plan: every audience and package in one view, with its supplier, funnel stage, channels and size, ready to export as a PDF – ready for sign off.
Everything a brief needs, in one place
This is the real shift for advertisers. For the first time, individual first-party audiences and the campaign packages built by our retail and e-commerce partners are in the same place, bookable on the same plan.
This is true commerce media unlocked for you: the flexibility to build a custom audience mix: precise or broad, a single audience or a campaign package, one partner or many.
The hardest media in this market to get hold of is now something you can browse, plan and book yourself.

Frequently asked questions
1. Do I need a Flow account to get started?
No. You can browse the marketplace, plan, and add audiences to your cart without a login. You only sign in when you are ready to book.
2. What does it mean to rent an audience instead of buying data?
You get monthly access to a, high-intent first-party data audience so you can activate it in your campaigns. You never own the underlying data and no personal information is exposed to you. When the month ends, so does your access.
3. What are campaign packages, and who can book them?
Ready-to-book packages built by a partner: media placements and audiences combined, priced by the partner. Each partner makes its packages available to its supplier brands, and can choose to list packages on the open marketplace more broadly. If you work with a partner like Woolworths, ARC or Bash, these will be available to you.
4. Can I book audiences and campaign packages together?
Yes. That is the point of Audience Marketplace 2.0. Individual first-party audiences and the campaign packages built by partners like Woolworths and ARC sit in the same marketplace and book on one plan. Packages are available to brands with access to that partner’s commerce media offering.
5. What do the tiers mean?
The tier reflects the data behind the audience. Tier I is built on verified first-party data with 1:1 PII matching, for campaigns where precision is critical. Tier II blends verified identity with web-traffic signals, for mid-funnel relevance and range. Tier III runs on behavioural signals at scale, for awareness and reach. There is advertiser demand for every tier, and you can mix tiers in one plan. For a fuller breakdown, read How to use Flow’s three audience tiers.
6. Do I have to build a plan before I book?
No. The Audience Planner is there for when you need an approval-ready view to sign off. You can add audiences to your cart and book directly without it.
